Clean the mat gently with water and mild detergent and rinse clean

Changed my life!

I have a protruding spine so am always having to lean to one side or the other to achieve certain poses. I have now purchased THREE of these impact mats. Two walked out the door with family members and they too rave about them.
I put a BYoga mat on top of this one and have the best cushioning ever. It’s great for Pilates and if anyone has a bony frame, you will be astounded at how much more enjoyable your workout will be.

Everything I've ever wanted

This is perfect for my workouts. It's the right balance of firm with a little squish to help support jumps, joints and stretches. I love it so much and workout much more now that I have it.

I love this mat, it has changed my workouts for the better. Bought this mat to use for my HIIT workouts. It stays in place, has just the right amount texture and density, and it‚Äôs super light compared to what I expected. My feet, hands, and elbows no longer hurt after workouts - amazing!!! I ordered this to go under my B Mat Strong (bad kneed) and it has been AMAZING! It provides great cushion. I also plan to use it for Peleton floor exercises since you can use with shoes too. I love that it's the same as my B Mat Strong and the same great quality. Would highly recommend!
