I live in Markham or Toronto. Can I pick my order up?

All orders are automatically fulfilled through our Markham warehouse. With that said, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pick-ups for orders.

How long does it take for shipment once I place my order?

Orders take anywhere from 24-48 hours to process and be sent out via our distribution centre. Once orders are sent out the travel time will vary based on shipping destination.

How will I know where my order is / my order's status?

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow its journey to you from there!
