How are orders shipped?
We use a variety of couriers when shipping our orders, including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and FedEx as well as local delivery companies. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number that will provide details on which courier it shipped with and when it is expected to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated at check out. We offer free shipping on orders over $90 before tax, and after any promotions or discounts have been applied. Please note that some country restrictions apply.
Which regions are not eligible for free shipping?
Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping, and instead, we offer a flat rate shipping of $30. This will be automatically applied at check out after entering your shipping details.
Where do you ship to?

Where can I order your products in Europe?
We work with a retail partner greenyogashop
in Europe where many of our products can be purchased.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
At this time we are not offering expedited shipping services through our courier partners.
Do you offer curbside pick up?
We are unable to facilitate order pick up from our warehouse. Alternatively, you are welcome to purchase directly from one of our retail or studio partners. To find a studio or retail partner near you, check out our stockists’ page

How long will it take my order to ship?
It takes approximately 2-3 business days for our team to prepare your order for shipping. Please see our COVID-19 Information Page

Can I edit the address on my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or make changes. We can try to update the address through one of our couriers. Please keep in mind that this process is never a guarantee and varies depending on the status of the shipment. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the changes required and we will do our best!
Why was my credit card charged but my order still hasn't shipped?
Prepayment is required for all orders placed through our site. As soon as your order leave our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information.
My order has shipped but seems to be delayed. Why is this?
Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator are processing and delivering a higher than normal volume of orders while implementing measures in order to keep their team and communities safe. Continue to keep an eye on your tracking number to follow the status of your order.
How do I know if my order has been lost?
Due to the safety measures put in place by couriers to keep communities safe, you may experience a delay in the delivery of your order. Please note that it may not be lost, but rather taking longer than usual to arrive. Continue to keep an eye on your tracking number and thank you for your patience and understanding!

What if my order has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your order has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check the surrounding area where packages are usually left or with your building's receptionist/concierge. Sometimes couriers will mark an order as delivered 24-48 hours early. If you have still not received it after this time frame, let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will investigate.
