Clean the mat gently with water and mild detergent and rinse clean
Wipe dry, lay flat and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight with the logo side facing up
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives as this can compromise the integrity of the mat surface
Allow the mat to dry completely before use
Pre or post practice, roll your mat with the logo side facing out as this will help maintain your mat’s grippiness

Flecks and Flaking after a short time using it.

I started doing hot yoga in spring of 2022 and love the BMat for this practice, great grips and is cushiony enough . Unfortunately after a couple of months using it, red flecks from the mat started coming off onto my clothing and body and the flaking has continued each time I use it.

I've taken proper care of the mat and kept it away from sunlight following the proper care techniques. I've been in touch with the Mindful Collective Co. and after doing the deep clean as they recommended (it didn't help) I got in touch again and they said there is nothing they can do.
After washing my Lululemon gear in gentle cycle, the mat flecks still stick on the clothing, It's pretty annoying and distracting from my practice. I'm disappointed that this happened to the mat. Others at the studio who use the BMat haven't experienced this so it could be a one off.

Great Grip, good solid foundation

I love that this mat came ready to go! I unrolled for a couple of days and let it air out, then hopped right on! Right off the bat, it seemed to have great grip and be a great thickness. It seems to be a bit shorter than other mats I've tried (not really a problem for me since I'm 5'1" but something to look out for!)

The only downside is with great grip comes great stick... I feel like it's impossible not to track everything off my floor onto the mat and feel like it constantly has hairs and dust stuck. I would say the tradeoff is worth it, though!

The saffron yellow is gorgeous and makes me so so happy every time I unroll it :)

Fav yoga mat!

This is my second purchase of this yoga mat! It's my absolute favourite. I lost my first one to a puppy who thought it was a chew toy when my back was turned, but I didn't even hesitate to order this mat again. It's expensive but worth every cent. It's sticky enough that I don't slide around when it's warm and I'm sweaty, and the cushioning of the 4mm is great for me. The ONLY downside I find is that because it's so sticky, my dog's hair is constantly all over it and it's quite difficult to get off no matter how much I wipe it down after practice. Otherwise - it's really a wonderful mat. My old one was deep purple and my new one is cocao - both colours are beautiful but I prefer the cocao!

Stepping onto this mat changed my practice forever. It is SO supportive and grippy. Plus, it is eco-friendly. I'm obsessed. Thank you B Yoga.
